Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TransIQ platform, you confirm that you are an authorized user acting on behalf of your organization and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Permitted Use
TransIQ is licensed exclusively to authorized enterprise customers for internal operational risk management, fraud detection, and analytics purposes as defined in the applicable service agreement. You may not use the platform for any purpose outside the scope of your organization's contracted services.
3. User Accounts & Access
Access to TransIQ is by invitation only. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. You must notify your organization's administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. User accounts are non-transferable. API keys must be treated as secrets and rotated promptly if compromised.
4. Data Responsibilities
You retain all ownership rights to the transactional data you upload to TransIQ. By uploading data, you grant TransIQ a limited license to process that data for the purpose of delivering the contracted services. You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded complies with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
TransIQ and all associated software, algorithms, documentation, and platform content are the exclusive intellectual property of TransIQ and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as described in your service agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any component of the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use TransIQ to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) introduce malware or disruptive code; (d) circumvent any security controls; (e) use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its availability or performance.
7. Service Availability
TransIQ provides the platform on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or emergency interventions that may temporarily affect access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. TransIQ's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
TransIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your master service agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
