TransIQ is an invitation-only, enterprise software platform. This Privacy Policy describes how TransIQ collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the platform and its associated services. By accessing or using TransIQ, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name and email address upon invitation and account setup. We also collect usage data, including log files, feature usage patterns, and system diagnostics to ensure platform stability and performance. TransIQ processes transactional data you upload solely for the purpose of providing the analytics and detection services described in your service agreement.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information is used to authenticate users, maintain platform functionality, provide support, and improve product capabilities. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your organization's data to third parties. Data processed for analytics purposes is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the contracted service and in accordance with your organization's data retention requirements.
4. Data Security
TransIQ employs industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), role-based access controls, row-level security at the database layer, and audit logging of all significant platform actions. Authentication is managed through Supabase Auth with JWT-based session management.
5. Data Residency
TransIQ is deployed on cloud infrastructure. Data residency is subject to the infrastructure region selected at deployment. Enterprise customers requiring specific regional data residency should discuss this with their account representative prior to deployment.
6. Third-Party Services
TransIQ integrates with OpenAI (for AI explainability features) and Supabase (for authentication and database). Your organization's transactional data sent to OpenAI for explanation generation is governed by OpenAI's enterprise data usage policies. AI explanations are generated from structured data summaries — raw transaction records are not transmitted.
7. Your Rights
Enterprise customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by TransIQ by contacting their account administrator or TransIQ support. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable data protection regulations.
8. Changes to This Policy
TransIQ reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
